| The 6 steps we take to design your project are as follows: |
- Complete project management starting with defining your scope and cost estimation.
- Preliminary design and testing. Tests will verify the material can, in fact, be processed. Suppliers' written commitments on such will be obtained.
- Final design and drawing approval completed on AutoCAD software and color plotters. Cost, material flow, clean design and ease of maintenance are factors considered in the design. Also, environmental issues and employee safety concerns will be incorporated and/or kept in mind.
- Purchase components, assemble, weld, wire and deliver all parts to your facility.
- Coordinate installation with your management team and actual installation.
- Start up equipment, test and turn over to your operations people.
