Mixer Repair:

Through Ridge Process (our sister company), Philadelphia Mixing Solutions and their "Repair All Mixers Program", we can exchange drives for ALL mixer manufacturers with a three year warranty.

We have over 30 years of experience in all facets of dry bulk processing, liquid mixing, material handling, equipment layout and unique equipment design.

The 6 steps we take to design your project are as follows:

1. Complete project management starting with defining your scope and cost estimation.
   
2. Preliminary design and testing. Tests will verify the material can, in fact, be processed. Suppliers' written commitments on such will be obtained.
   
3. Final design and drawing approval completed on AutoCAD software and color plotters. Cost, material flow, clean design, ease of maintenance, environmental issues and employee safety concerns will be incorporated.
   
4. Purchase components, assemble, weld, wire and deliver all parts to your facility.
   
5. Coordinate installation with your management team and actual installation.
   
6. Start up equipment, test and turn over to your operations people.
